The Town of Atoka is replacing the bridge on Tracy
Road near Meade Lake Road. Construction
is scheduled to begin on November 16, 2009 and end on January 30, 2010. However, these dates may have to be changed. Tracy Road from Meade Lake Road to Tipton Road will
be closed to through traffic during construction.
Residents are asked to plan an alternative route to work and/or school during this time.

The bridge was designed by A2H - Askew Hargraves Harcourt & Associates, INC. and will be built by Chris-Hill Construction
Co., LLC. The bridge will cost approximately $481,459 to build. 80% of the construction costs
will be funded through a grant. 20% of the construction costs will be paid by the Town of Atoka. The new bridge
will meet State highway standards.
