Planning Commission Approves 250th Residential Lot since 2016

Continuing its effort to promote smart, quality and sustainable growth, the Atoka Municipal & Regional Planning Commission recently approved the 250th new residential lot since 2016. In approving the Lochmeade Subdivision - Phase 3 preliminary plat, the Commission green-lighted to final phase of the original subdivison.
Following several years of infill construction on existing lots and updates to the Town's infrastructure construction standards, the Atoka Planning Commission has approved several new subdivision phases for construction since 2015.  The new lots will allow for approximately 255 new single-family residential lots - many of which have already begun or completed construction.

Approved Subdivision Phases with Underground Electric, Curb / Gutter and Sidewalks
  • Lochmeade Subdivision - Phase 3 (Johnsborough Drive) 
  • Oak Creek Subdivision - Phase 4 (Chinkapin Drive and Silver Dollar Lane)
  • Deer Ridge Subdivision - Phase 2 (Rosemark Road at Walker Parkway) 
  • Sterling Ridge Subdivision - Phases 4, 5 & 6 (Ridge Top Lane)

Approved Subdivision Phases with Underground Electric and Curb / Gutter
  • Williamsburg-McLaughlin Subdivision (northern end of Ellen Drive)
  • Oak Creek Subdivision - Phase 2 (Rosemark Road at JE Blaydes Parkway)
